By using SnapPassport you agree to these terms. SnapPassport is a self-serve compliance and cropping tool; we are not a law firm, a government agency, or an authorized passport-acceptance facility.
Acceptance is not guaranteed
We work hard to flag every rule, but the final acceptance decision rests with the U.S. Department of State, USCIS, or other relevant authorities. Our refund guarantee applies if a photo we marked as passing is rejected for a reason that one of our checks should have caught.
No face alteration
SnapPassport only crops, resizes, straightens, and optionally flattens the background of your photo. We do not apply beautifying filters, AI face edits, skin smoothing, or any operation that would violate U.S. State Department photo rules.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the charge to your payment method. Subscriptions renew until canceled.
